Managing early Terminal Access and private beta invitations
Sending platform updates, research notes, and release notifications

        Zero Sale of Data: We do not sell, rent, license, or otherwise monetize personal information to third-party data brokers, advertisers, or marketing partners.

Email addresses and waitlist status are retained for the duration of the pre-launch and early access period. You may request removal at any time. Consent and audit records are kept for up to 24 months solely for legal compliance and dispute resolution, after which they are securely deleted.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit, restricted access controls, and monitoring for unauthorized activity. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we continuously work to maintain appropriate safeguards.
